TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

NOTIFICATION  Full co-operation between the mare owner, the Stud & the Veterinary Surgeon carrying out the A.I. is essential. It is important that the Stud is kept informed of the mares progress & is informed as soon as the mare comes into season. Under normal circumstances semen ordered by 10.30 am will be delivered by 9am the next day (in a mini tub) or noon (in an equitainer) excluding Sun & Mon deliveries.
However due to some mid week shows on certain dates an earlier order time may be necessary, a list of these dates will be supplied in advance.

TRANSPORT / AVAILABILITY OF SEMEN   Unless collection is being arranged by yourselves, semen will be sent by overnight delivery. The cost of this service for delivery Tues to Fri  is included in the fees below, Saturday delivery is £10 extra.  It should be noted that there is no delivery by overnight companies Sunday or Monday, same day delivery can be arranged for these days & bank Holidays by courier a prices are quoted on an individual basis for this service. Semen can be collected from the stud, in these cases there will still be a collection & processing charge but no delivery charge..

The fees include 3 days equitainer hire, it is the responsibility of the mare owner to return the Equitainer by recorded delivery within this time. Any extra days will be charged at £15 per day & any lost or damaged will be charged to the mare owner.
We accept no responsibility whatsoever for delays or the non delivery of semen due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

PREGNANCY DIAGNOSIS    Further semen will only be sent on receipt of a veterinary certificate stating that the mare is not in foal.

FEES   The Stud Fee + delivery & collection fee ( see current fees for prices) to cover the hire of the Equitainer, collection of Semen & delivery must be paid before any Semen will be released. All fees are N.F.F.R however, if further semen is required a further collection & delivery fee is payable. We also advise you to send a separate cheque for the cost of this which can be kept on file in case a second delivery is needed, if not used this cheque will be returned at the end of the season.
Any outstanding accounts not settled by 1st September will forfeit the issuing of service certificates or eligibility for a free return.

BOOKING FEE  A  £100 Booking Fee is required to secure the Nomination.
